2023 Medical Graduates Survey: Upskilling Trend
Our survey of 665 medical and paramedical graduates indicates a strong inclination towards skill enhancement: 97% see the need, with 53% seeking substantial growth. Explore the survey for deeper insights.
The survey was run from March, 16th to April, 2nd 2023 and involved 665 new graduates
(graduated 2021-2023, average age = 25.1, 45.1% males) from 20 countries in a variety of medical and paramedical specialties; 34% of them are medical doctors; 53.9% of them had a GPA of 80%, (or 4.0/5.0 or B) or above, and 56.3% are interns, resident doctors, or employed/working in their fields.
